Shipping easy is where it's at. If you aren't using shipping easy, you're doing it wrong. This site lives up to their name, piece of cake, EASY!! I run a small business, am still learning the ropes, but gives me great confidence knowing ShippingEasy has my back when it comes to getting my products shipped. I chatted today with Melody and she walked me through how to access reports from 2017 which I needed for tax purposes. And we all know how taxes can be a headache, she helped alleviate that stress and confusion. Melody helped me pull up Export Reports, and than even suggested to me on improving my service at no extra charge by switching to ConnectEasy which is a Print Integration bypassing a few other steps. Once again, making things even Easier. We chatted over the web because I'm juggling 3 babies under age 2 and she was patient, polite, and very helpful in directing me on the site and locating my documents.
