Since its inception in 2007, the platform has completed over two million screenings and provides informative resources, such as podcasts, video tutorials, and guides, to assist landlords and property managers with their tenant screening process.

Pros:

• Compared to its top competitors, SmartMove and MyRental, RentPrep is the more cost-effective option.
