openMAINT is a great, open-source facility and property maintenance management platform suitable for businesses of all sizes and includes key maintenance management features, such as work orders, reports, inventory management, and preventive maintenance. It is a ready-to-use solution that nonetheless still allows for some configurations of the modules.
Highlights:
Access to openMAINT's CMMS features is completely free and there are no limitations on access, number of users, or number of facilities. openMAINT features an in-depth inventory management module and also facilitates the forwarding of work orders to the correct teams or suppliers.
Shortcomings:
While openMAINT provides users with access to online forums and videos as well as email support, access to support services, assistance, upgrades, bug fixes, mobile app, and a self-service portal require an annual subscription.
Reputation:
