Review:
CorpNet is a business formation service that helps you to manage all paperwork and comply with legal standards, saving you time and money. CorpNet's formation packages all include Registered Agent services, a free name availability check, and free access to a corporate compliance concierge tool that sends reminders for important deadlines and report filings.
Highlights:
CorpNet offers affordable business formation packages for Limited Liability Companies, Corporations, and Nonprofits. All plans include free Registered Agent services (limited to one year) and the Articles of Organization. CorpNet also offers a fast and easy application process with a 24-hour document preparation turnaround time.
Shortcomings:
Compared to its competitors, Incfile (next day) and ZenBusiness (three business days), CorpNet offers an extremely slow turnaround time (30-40 business days). Even if you purchase the expedited option, you can still wait up to 20 business days for everything to finalize. In addition, CorpNet's plans are missing robust features like website development, a business email address, online access, and business contract templates.
Reputation:
CorpNet has an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau website with no complaints or customer reviews. We did find 424 reviews on Trustpilot that received an average rating of 5 stars. The reviews mainly focused on CorpNet's fast and reliable customer service, with some customers claiming everything was done faster than expected. While negative reviews were quite limited, we did find a couple of reviews that stated the cost was too high.
Pros and Cons:
Pros
- Easy and fast application process.
- First-year free Registered Agent services.
- Affordable formation packages for LLCs, Corporations, and Nonprofits.
- Excellent customer service.
Cons
- Registered Agent services are only free for 60 days with the Basic plan.
- No online access to track documents.
- Slow turnaround time.
- No business email address, website development, and online access.
CorpNet vs. Incfile:
CorpNet and Incfile offer nearly identical LLC formation services including free Registered Agent services for the first year. However, Incfile stands out for its free entry-level plan, custom website development services, and business contract templates, all of which are missing from CorpNet's packages.

CorpNet Plans:
Basic.
The Basic plan is CorpNet's entry-level plan and includes a name availability check, filed Articles of Organization, Registered Agent services, and access to a free corporate compliance concierge tool that allows users to receive alerts for important due dates. However, the Basic plan lacks many important documents and services, including Registered Agent services and an Operating Agreement.
Deluxe.
CorpNet's Deluxe plan is $120.00 more expensive than the Basic plan with a standard turnaround time of 30-40 business days. Even though there's a significant price difference, the Deluxe plan is mostly made up of the same features as the Basic plan, with the addition of print delivery, 24-hour documentation preparation, and Tax ID registration.
Complete.
CorpNet's Complete plan is the company's most feature-packed plan, yet it only provides two additional features; an operating agreement and a customized LLC kit. With the Complete package, users still have to make do with standard turnaround time (30-40 business days) and pay extra for services like state sales tax registration, business licenses research package, and employer tax registration.
