ClickFunnels is a leading website and sales funnel builder created for businesses of all sizes. The service allows users with no coding experience to easily build pages inside of a sales funnel, generate leads, and follow-up on funnels.

Highlightings:

• The Platinum and Collective plans include unlimited funnels, follow-ups, and pages.
• Users do not require any coding knowledge and can create beautiful pages easily.

Shortcomings:

Unlike its competitors ActiveTrail and ActiveCampaigner, ClickFunnels is lacking many features and offers more limitations. For instance, it does not include email sending and SMS marketing, and the service is only limited to 10 users.

Reputation:

ClickFunnels is BBB accredited and has an A+ rating. We found multiple complaints about unexpected billing for previously canceled accounts. We did find 297 reviews on Capterra with an average rating of 4.6 stars.

Most of the reviews were positive, praising the company's beautiful pages, and easy to use templates and user interface. Several cons were also highlighted, noting the steep learning curve and occasional poor customer service.
