Review:

Capsule is a highly intuitive customer relationship management (CRM) platform that allows you to manage your contacts, track potential sales, and create customized lists by filtering. Capsule easily integrates with multiple third-party applications such as MailChimp, GSuite, and various payroll solutions. If you can do without the missing features, then Capsule can be a reliable and scalable solution to help your business increase sales and improve customer relationships.

Pros:

Beyond its ease of use and Customers will enjoy Capsule's variety of features including contact and lead management, tasks and activities tracker, storage, and reporting, as well as reporting dashboards (with filter options), mobile optimization, and the ability to schedule meetings and appointments.

Some less common features include company insights, custom support form fields, shared team email, a document library, and procurement/purchase orders that may come in handy during the sales process.

Cons:

Capsule is missing a few common features that its competitors have, such as smart forms, team management, revenue analytics, and trendline reports, in addition to having a limited customer support.

Capsule shares many standard features with our number-one ranked free CRM software, Hubspot. Yet Capsule is only free for up to two users with 250 contacts and 10MB of storage, while Hubspot gives you unlimited users and storage with their free plan. This means you will have to pay $18.00 per user per month if you want more contacts and storage.

Reputation:

Capsule is our 7th highest-ranked CRM software and that ranking is owing to its reputation for being great value for money. Capsule enjoys mostly favorable reviews from customers and software reviewers alike. FinancesOnline gives it an 8/10, and it scores 5/5 stars across categories of Ease of Use, Value for Money, and Customer Support.
